The unexplored paths

Recently I visited the beautiful city of Tiblisi, Georgia. We were relaxing on a bench after a long walk down the fort leading to these beautiful houses. Looking at the view I couldn't stop thinking about making a painting of it. So here it is, a landscape art inspired by my travel to this beautiful country. This painting is done in acrylic colors on the mount board. I have used the Nib painting technique to achieve this beautiful texture. Its cobblestoned old town reflects a long, complicated history. It has beautiful architecture and when combines with nature it's breathtaking. The morning view as the sunlight pears through the trees is simply marvelous. Every time when I recall this scene it just takes my breath away.
