The old city of Prague

Every city has its own color palette. This breathtaking view of the old city is the reward when you climb more than 280 circular steps in a tower of a cathedral. A stunning rust colored landscape of Praha (Prague). The breathlessness after climbing so many steps just vanishes when one feels the wind in hair. This is a very happy memory from my travel. When we were close to the last steps our daughter tricked us there were many steps ahead! And when we realized this amazing view was just few steps away, we just felt so refreshed. These small moments make your travel special. I had to make a painting of this beautiful city. Rust colored rooftops, river finding its way through the crowded city, so many bridges and the tightly built buildings. It was so much fun to paint this in abstract strokes.
